Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it for store credit only!!! This will be issued once we have received the product. You will receive an email for confirmation of the store credit. Store credits will be issued in the form of an online gift card. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a store credit only! NO EXCEPTIONS!
