Shipping policy

Shipping can be delayed due to inclement weather, and holidays. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. If you haven't received the order within 14 days, please contact us. Have your order number, and description of order ready. If we are able to prove that the items were sent to your home address, there will be no replacement order sent!
